Christmas, markets, cinemas and toilets

A big thank you to all those of you who commented on my last post. It really means a lot to me and I appreciate every word you type.

This weekend I managed to get a bit of time to myself and saw the wonderful Breaking Dawn at the cinema.

What a fab film!!! I am an unashamed Twilight fan (team edward all the way) I love the books and Breaking Dawn was fantastic I even cried at the wedding scene, yes I know I need to get a life but hey it's beautiful to see love like that :)

Anyway after a fabulous evening I was abruptly awoken to my tummy misbehaving at 4am and unfortunately I suffered with the stomach flu all morning. But I wasn't going to let it ruin my Childfree day so hubs and I hopped on the train and went to the Manchester Christmas markets.

As usual they didn't disappoint and I recommend them to anyone who hasn't been before or not been for a while. It's a fantastic atmosphere with so much to eat and drink and also to buy.

It was so much fun being snuggled together in the winter chilly air with mugs of baileys hot choc and yummy hog roast sandwiches steaming as we ate them.

The stomach flu didn't leave me alone in fact it's only been today where I've managed to eat more than one meal.

But on the whole it was fantastic with some much needed r&r which was throughly enjoyed.

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend, what did you get up to?

Xx
